This British Stand Up Paddleboard Association (BSUPA) structured SUP lesson introduces you to, or builds on your existing SUP experience and will get you paddling confidently in a range of conditions. Based on the playground classic, British Bulldog, we use inflatable boards and try and get across the 'zone' without getting knocked down to your knees or in the water.
