Night Training - Improve by focusing on natural balance as opposed to visual balance within the safety of the Kingsbridge creek. There is enough ambient lighting from the street lights to see without the need for head torches but just dark enough to test your balance. We are rallying around as a community to support Peter in his efforts to walk 21km to raise funds for Cancer Research UK. I have agreed to setup a SUP version to coincide with the walk. The walkers will be walking between the Creeks End to The Crabshell Inn to complete the 21km and we will mirror that on the water.
