This British Stand Up Paddleboard Association (BSUPA) structured SUP lesson introduces you to, or builds on your existing SUP experience and will get you paddling confidently in a range of conditions. Once completed yields a BSUPA pass certificate that can be used in any BSUPA SUP centre across the UK to move onto further lessons/tours and hire.
It’s designed to build your confidence and prepare you to take your SUP adventure to the next level.
Duration: 2 hours
Ability: Novice to beginner
Age: 8+ (children aged under 10 will need to be accompanied by an adult on the water)

Prices include all equipment – board, paddle, buoyancy aid, leash and wetsuit (if required).
Please turn up 15 minutes early so we can get you kitted up.

Due to the pandemic we have limited parking on site and as such advise you park either along the embankment / at High Field Drive or Lower Warren Road, all less than a 5 minute walk, there is also the main town carpark opposite from the Crabshell.
