DESCRIPTION:Stand up paddle boarding is very much an eco sport and it’s up to us to protect the environment we are blessed with. That’s why we run Paddle and Pick events throughout the year to help rid the estuary and the ocean that feeds it of litter. \nThese events are very social and are suitable for anyone who can SUP independently. We can supply a board or you can use your own but everyone will be given a litter collection box and a hand-held litter grab to attach to their board. Please take social distancing measures into account. \n\n1.5 hours\n£5 per person\nBeginner (Some SUP experience required) to advanced paddlers\nAge guide 10+\nGroup size 5\n\nPlease note\, no parking in the Crabshell Inn Carpark – Please use either the town car park\, High field drive or Lower Warren road. \nTo book your Paddle and Pick SUP session buy a ticket on our website. DESCRIPTION:TIME TRIAL RACING! \nWith limitations in place for numbers of people gathering we have decided to run a time trial format for racing in 2020! \n\nStarting at our HQ but please park over at the sports centre car park and paddle across. \n\n\n \n\n\nThis will be a 4km (approx) Race combined with a 1km race\, your joint times will be your overall placing. There will be a 30 second gap between racers starting to avoid grouping up and being able to maintain social distancing. We will only be able to host a maximum of 30 people under the club events category of the government guidance!\n\n\n\n\n\n\nStaggered Sign in 17:30 – 17:50\n\n\nBriefing 18:00\n\n\nFirst Time Trial Race Start 18:10\n\n\nPrize giving\n\n\n \n\n\nRace entry costs £5 per person\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\nDetails to follow on course layouts\n\nAll abilities welcome\, but as with all club activities\, you MUST be able to SUP independently*. (Ages 16+) \n£5 If using own equipment OR £10 to hire (Limited availability\, please book your gear in advance below) \n*Have friends and family that want to join in but haven’t SUPed before?
