DESCRIPTION:More strenuous than our social paddles a regular meet up\, same time each week. However location varies each week due to tides\, information for the next week given at the previous meet up and then further details 24 hours beforehand taking into account the weather forecast. We use a variety of locations within the area to mix things up and explore and train.
